After independence and emergence of Pakistan, Pakistan Army played a significant role in the evacuation, transportation and protection of millions of Muslim Refugees from India. At the same time, despite being ill-equipped yet highly disciplined and motivated, these men in uniform defended the country from Indian aggressions as well. This gallery explores the role of Pakistan Army from 14 August 1947 to 5 September 1965, before the second round of Indo-Pakistan War. UNSC Resolutions, disputes in Runn of Kutch, Sir Creek encounter and operation Grand Slam are highlighted. A diorama showing the freedom fighters fighting against the illegal occupiers of Kashmir has also been placed in this gallery.

پاکستان کی آزادی اور معرضِ وجود میں آنے کے بعدپاک فوج نے ہندوستان سے لاکھوں مسلمان مہاجرین کے انخلا، نقل و حمل اور تحفظ میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ناقص طور پراسلحہ سے لیس ہونے کے باوجود انتہائی نظم و ضبط اور حوصلہ افزائی کے ساتھ ان باوردی جوانوں نے ہندوستانی جارحیت کے خلاف ملک کا دفاع کیا۔ یہ گیلری14 اگست 1947ء سے5 ستمبر1965ء تک پاک بھارت جنگ کے دوسرے دور سے قبل پاک فوج کے کردار کواجاگر کرتی ہے۔
اقوامِ متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل قراردادوں، رن آف کچھ کے تنازعات، سر کریک تصادم اور آپریشن گرینڈسلام پربھی روشنی ڈالی گئی ہے۔ اس گیلری میں آزادی پسندوں کو کشمیر کے غیر قانونی قابضین کے خلاف لڑتے دِکھاتے ہوئے ایک ڈائیوراما بھی رکھا گیا ہے۔
